By accessing or using the Merit app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Appointments booked through the app are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in our clinic policy.
Membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Credits issued as part of your membership are non-transferable and expire if your membership lapses.
Points earned through our loyalty program have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
